Case Study 1:
Shyam & Naina's account suspended for doing manual carpooling and cash transaction.
Shyam & Naina's were using Quick Ride resources to estimate ride fare and doing manual carpooling and cash transaction. Both of their accounts were suspended for violating safety policies and Terms and Conditions of the platform.

Case Study 2:
Shyam's Acc. suspended for compelling Naina for PayTm transaction after the ride completion.
Shyam transferred the points back to Naina's wallet which he got after completion of the ride. He compelled her to transfer the respective amount through PayTm. Naina eventually did and felt uncomfortable later she informed Quick Ride. Naina got 100 Bonus points for informing us and Shyam's account got suspended.

Case Study 3:
Naina's Acc. suspended for compelling Shyam to accept cash for the ride completed.
Naina requested Shyam for a ride, Shyam accepted the invitation. She has canceled the ride instead of check-in option. Shyam noticed while ending the ride that Naina hasn't joined the ride. Naina compelled him to accept cash. Shyam got 100 Fuel points for informing us and Naina's account got suspended.

Case Study 4:
Ram's Acc. suspended for bypassing Quick Ride payment and paid less to Shyam via PayTm.
Ram sent ride request to Shyam, and he accepted. But, Ram didn't check in and check out after the ride completion. After completing the ride, Ram paid 35 pts via PayTm to Shyam where the fare is 49 pts. Shyam got 100 Fuel points for notifying us and Ram's account got suspended.

Below is the email sent last month:
We are pleased to inform you that with your support we have reached to a strong user base of 150,000+ in Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Chennai. However, it was quite disappointing to observe that some of the users are bypassing Quick Ride payment system and accepting Cash or direct PayTM, violating ethics.
This is becoming the cause of our worry. We have put in lots of efforts in taking Quick Ride where it is today. Most often we are asked why do we charge 6% service charge, let us tell you why:
These all factors come with a price; we have our bills to be paid. I am sure all of you want Quick Ride to be long lasting self-sustainable Business. You want Quick Ride to grow the network further so you are able to find option any time on any day on any route. This is the value you get for the small service fee you are paying.
