At present, Drivers are not getting their fair share of trips. The net earnings are low due to higher commission or inconsistent fares with irregular discounts. The platforms, which connect passenger to driver-partner, charge commission equals to driver's net earning. Although it is driver's taxi, driver's fuel, driver's hard work still they don't have a say in deciding the fare. The drivers are taken for granted and their issues/concerns are never resolved.
