This cancellation policy is introduced to ensure both drivers and passengers avoid last-minute cancellations as far as possible.
Local/ Rental and Airport Trips
|If cancelled before Driver start to pickup location

|Cancels 6 hours before the trip start time
||No cancellation Fee
|Cancels before 2 hours of the trip start time
||10% of Trip Fare
|Cancels within 2 hours of the trip start time
||20% of Trip Fare
- Our system will do thorough due diligence based on the cancellation reason selected and past cancellation behavior of both the drivers and passengers involved before deciding whom to apply the penalty on. Hence it is very important to select the right cancellation reason always at the time of cancellation to build a good trust score on the platform.
- As a compensation for the inconvenience caused to you due to the driver, once the penalty is charged from them, that will be credited to your account.
- In case of any discrepancy on your cancellation penalty, you can go to help section from the trip report of that ride and raise a support request. Our system will review and resolve the query.
