1. INTRODUCTION
These Terms govern access to and use of the Quick Ride mobile application, website (www.quickride.in), offline interactions such as emails, phone calls, or in-person communication and associated services, other than the taxi platform and taxi services of iDisha Info Labs Private Limited described in Clause 25 (collectively, the “Platform”).
The Platform is owned and operated by CoRide Mobility Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India, having its registered office at No.19 & 36/14K, KMJ AVEN, CHINNAPPANA HALLI VILLAGE, Marathahalli Colony, Bangalore, Bangalore North, Karnataka, India 560037 ( “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

If you registered on the Quick Ride mobile application before the Transfer Date, your account continues with the Company. From the Transfer Date, these Terms replace any previous terms of use that were issued by iDisha insofar as the carpooling and bike pooling services are concerned.
The Platform facilitates connections between individuals seeking to share Rides and costs in private vehicles. Depending on the features made available, users may offer available seats in their private vehicles (Car or Bike), discover rides, communicate with other users, connect rides and coordinate pickups and drop-offs, and share eligible ride expenses.
By registering for an account, accessing the Platform or using its services, you (“User”, “you” or “your”) agree to these Terms, together with the applicable Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly applicable to a particular feature.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

The Company provides the Taxi Tab solely as a distribution channel through which Users may access the Taxi Services. The availability of the Taxi Tab on the Platform does not constitute a representation that the Company is the provider, operator or transporter responsible for such taxi services.
- 25.3.Use of the Quick Ride Name: The Taxi Services may be offered under the “Quick Ride” name, which the Taxi Service Provider uses under a licence from the Company. Use of that name does not make the Company the provider of the Taxi Services.
- 25.4.Separate Terms and Privacy Policy of the Taxi Service Provider: All taxi bookings and services accessed through the Taxi Tab are provided by the Taxi Service Provider and are subject to the Taxi Service Provider’s applicable terms and conditions, privacy policy, booking policies, cancellation and refund policies, and other applicable terms (together, the “Taxi Terms”), as published on the Taxi Service Provider’s website or otherwise presented to the User during the booking process, which the User must accept before first using the Taxi Services. Users are advised to review and understand the Taxi Service Provider’s applicable terms and privacy policy before making a booking or providing personal information through the Taxi Tab.
- 25.5.Responsibility for Taxi Services: The Taxi Service Provider is responsible for providing the taxi services it offers, subject to its applicable contractual obligations and Applicable Law. Any matters relating to the performance of the taxi service, including vehicle allocation, driver engagement, fares, ride fulfilment, cancellations, refunds, service complaints and transportation-related obligations, shall be addressed with the Taxi Service Provider. Complaints concerning the Taxi Services must be raised with the Taxi Service Provider through the grievance mechanism in the Taxi Terms. The Company does not itself provide the taxi transportation service merely by displaying or hosting the Taxi Tab. However, nothing in this clause excludes or limits any responsibility, liability or statutory obligation that the Company may independently have under Applicable Law.
- 25.6.Personal Data and Third-Party Processing: Each time you open the Taxi Tab, the Company shares your email ID, mobile number and username with the Taxi Service Provider, so that the Taxi Service Provider can identify you and provide the Taxi Services. The Taxi Tab may use the location permission you have given to the Quick Ride mobile application. All other personal data you provide while using the Taxi Services, including your trip, location and payment details, is collected by the Taxi Service Provider on its own taxi platform. From the point the Company shares your email ID, mobile number and username, the Taxi Service Provider is responsible for processing your personal data in connection with the Taxi Services, under its own terms of use and privacy policy. The Company does not have access to the Taxi Service Provider’s taxi platform. Users should refer to the Taxi Service Provider’s privacy policy for information concerning its processing activities.
- 25.7.Identification of the Service Provider: The Taxi Tab or the relevant booking interface will identify the Taxi Service Provider as the taxi service provider and provide access to the Taxi Service Provider’s applicable terms and privacy policy before the User uses the Taxi Services.
- 25.8.Independent Terms and Conditions: These Terms govern the User’s access to and use of the Platform generally. The terms applicable to the taxi services themselves shall be the Taxi Terms, subject to Applicable Law. In the event of any inconsistency, the respective terms shall apply to the services and responsibilities of the party to which they relate, and no provision shall be interpreted as excluding any mandatory statutory rights or obligations.
- 25.9.Payments for Taxi Services: Payments for the Taxi Services are made to the Taxi Service Provider through its own payment methods. The Wallet cannot be used to pay for the Taxi Services.
By registering for or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review these Terms and agree to the provisions applicable to your use of the Platform, subject to Applicable Law.
